FAQ
What do you need from me to connect my domain?
I will need temporary access to your domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap) and your website platform (Shopify, Wix, WordPress, etc.). You can change your password after the job is completed for security.
Can you fix DNS errors or a domain that is not working?
Yes. I will diagnose and fix issues such as incorrect A records, CNAME conflicts, nameserver problems, propagation errors, or websites not loading properly.
Do you help with email setup like Google Workspace or Zoho Mail?
Absolutely. I can configure MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to ensure your business email works correctly and avoids spam issues.
Will my website experience downtime during the process?
In most cases, there is little to no downtime. I follow safe configuration methods to ensure a smooth transition without affecting your visitors.
Can you transfer my domain from one provider to another?
Yes, I can assist with secure domain transfers, migrations, and proper setup on the new platform.
Do you set up SSL for secure HTTPS connection? .
Yes. I will install and configure SSL so your website shows as secure and trusted by browsers
How long does it take to complete the work?
Most domain connections and fixes are completed within a few hours. Complex DNS or email setups may take up to 24 hours depending on propagation.
What platforms do you support?
I work with Shopify, Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, Systeme.io, ClickFunnels, and most hosting providers.
What if I’m not sure what the issue is?
No problem! Send me a message before ordering, and I will review the issue and guide you on the best solution.
