I build responsive custom business websites that combine professional presentation with practical customer journeys. Depending on your package and agreed scope, this may include enquiry forms, WhatsApp/contact flows, booking, inventory or catalogue presentation, galleries, video, social integrations and ecommerce features.
My process starts with your business goals, audience and customer journey, then moves into UI/UX direction, front-end development, responsive optimisation, content setup, testing and deployment.
I work with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and use modern AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to speed up planning and production while remaining responsible for the final implementation and quality.

1. What do you need from me before starting?
Your business information, goals, preferred style, logo/brand assets if available, website content or product information, required features, and examples of websites you like. If some of these are unavailable, we can discuss the best way forward.
2. Will my website work properly on mobile devices?
Yes. Every package includes responsive development for desktop, tablet and mobile.
3. Can you build around my specific business process?
Yes. I design around the customer journey and business need rather than forcing every client into the same template. Advanced workflows may require a custom offer after scope review.
4. Do you provide domain names and hosting?
I can assist with hosting and deployment setup. Domain, hosting and other third-party service charges are paid by the client unless specifically included in a custom agreement.
5. Can you integrate online payments?
Payment integration is not included by default. Payment providers, account verification, location, API requirements and security considerations vary, so I review these requirements before quoting.
6. Do you use AI to build websites?
I use modern development and AI-assisted tools where appropriate for planning, design support and production efficiency. I remain responsible for the architecture, implementation, testing, refinement and final quality of the delivered website.
7. Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. Send me the existing website and explain what you want improved. I can review the design, responsiveness, customer journey and functionality before recommending the appropriate package or custom scope.
8. Can you build my website in multiple languages?
Yes. I can add multilingual navigation and language switching. You may provide approved translations, or AI-assisted translation can be used as a draft for review. Translation scope and number of languages should be agreed before work starts.
9. Can you build a mobile app or web application too?
Yes. Web apps and mobile apps can be considered as separate custom projects. Features such as accounts, dashboards, databases, payments and notifications vary, so please contact me first for scope review and a custom offer.
10. Can the website include an owner dashboard or admin controls?
Yes. I can plan custom owner controls for products, listings, availability, enquiries or content. Admin dashboards are advanced functionality, so they should be discussed before ordering to define the correct scope and architecture.
