What file format do you accept for formatting?
I will need a DOCX file of the manuscript to begin work. For the best results, your text should be error free with clearly marked chapter breaks, along with any special requests for formatting style (font, chapter headings, etc.).
Which platforms do you format for?
I format books for Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Draft2Digital, Barnes & Noble, Smashwords, and more.
Do you offer fantasy or themed formatting?
Yes! I specialise in formatting for fantasy, African futurism, and speculative fiction. This includes unique chapter headings, ornamental dividers, and thematic designs. Check out my gig extras for more details.
Are there limitations on font styles and sizes?
Yes. Ebooks must have standard, readable fonts that adjust dynamically on e-readers. Print books allow more flexibility, but extreme font variations can cause readability issues. I ensure all formatting meets publishing guidelines for platforms like KDP and so on.
Can you add images to my book?
Yes! I can insert up to 5 images at no extra cost. After that, it’s just $5 per additional 5 images. Please provide your images in JPEG or PNG format (minimum 75 DPI, around 500x500px) along with clear placement instructions. ⚠️ Note: Adding images will increase your file size, which may affect eBoo
What languages do you support?
I can only work with English.
How do you handle ebook covers?
If you have a cover, send it to me as a JPEG or PNG file and I will add it to your ebook file. An ebook cover should be at least 1,600 pixels wide by 2,560 pixels tall.
