1. Should I contact you before ordering?
You can order Basic directly when you have one small and clearly defined problem. For critical errors, WooCommerce issues, plugin conflicts, unclear problems or multiple issues, please message me first so I can confirm the correct scope.
2. What counts as one issue?
One issue is one clearly identifiable problem with one expected result—for example, one broken Elementor section, one mobile layout problem, or one contact form that does not submit. Unrelated problems count separately.
3. What access will you need?
Most tasks require temporary WordPress administrator access. Complex problems may also require hosting panel, FTP/SFTP or relevant third-party configuration access.
4. Can you fix Elementor responsive problems?
Yes. I can troubleshoot desktop, tablet and mobile layout issues including spacing, alignment, visibility, containers, sections and CSS conflicts.
5. Can you fix problems caused by a plugin or WordPress update?
Yes. I can investigate plugin/theme conflicts and problems that appeared after updates. The package depends on the complexity of the issue.
6. Do revisions include additional bugs?
No. Revisions cover adjustments to the originally agreed fix. A new or unrelated problem is a separate issue.
7. Can you work on WooCommerce websites?
Yes. I can troubleshoot many WooCommerce display, layout, configuration and functional problems. Checkout, payment gateway or complex integration issues should be discussed before ordering.
8. What is not included?
This Gig does not include a full website redesign, large new functionality, custom plugin development, extensive server administration, premium licenses, malware/hacked-site cleanup or guaranteed recovery of deleted data.
