What do you need to start?
Your store link, collaborator access and a short description of the issue. Screenshots or a screen recording help me find it faster.
I am not sure what the problem is. Can you check first?
Yes. Click Request to order and share your store link and what you are seeing. I check it, tell you the cause and confirm the right package before you pay.
Can you fix multiple issues in one order?
Yes. Basic covers 1 issue, Standard up to 3 and Premium up to 5. For a longer list, add it to your request and I will send a custom offer.
Do you work on all Shopify themes?
Yes. I work on free, paid and custom-built Shopify themes, including Online Store 2.0 themes.
Do I need to share my password?
No. I send a collaborator request, you approve it in your Shopify admin, and you can remove my access after delivery.
What if you can't fix the issue?
I check your issue before you order, so you only order when I am sure I can fix it. If something unexpected comes up, I tell you right away and we agree on the next step together.
Do you provide urgent or same-day fixes?
Mention it in your request. If the issue is small and my schedule allows, I will tell you how fast I can deliver before you order.
Will my store be safe during the fix?
Yes. I duplicate your theme and work on the copy. Your live store stays the same until you preview the fix and approve it.
Can you handle app conflicts or integration issues?
Yes. I find which app is causing the problem, fix the theme code or clean up leftover app code, and check that the rest of the store still works.
What if the issue is bigger than expected?
I will tell you before doing any extra work. You can upgrade the package or accept a custom offer. No surprise charges.
