About This Gig

I am Anouk, a French-Canadian circus artist who worked in companies such as Cirque du Soleil. 

My bases as an athlete allowed me to develop a unique yoga practice, mixing my knowledge of flexibility and strenghtening with different styles of yoga: mostly Hatha, Vinasaya and Power yoga. 

Whether you are an individual or a business, I can adapt from beginner to high-level yoga, and create customs videos for your specific needs. 

We are a team of two, working with with professional material in our home studio. We can provide commercial content for your products related to health and fitness, as well as individual and artistic content.
