Can you help if I don’t know exactly what kind of Flow I need?
Yes. You don’t need to come to me with a technical solution already designed. Tell me what you’re trying to accomplish, what currently happens, and what you’d like to improve. I can help translate the business need into an appropriate Salesforce solution.
Can you troubleshoot an existing Salesforce Flow?
Yes. I can investigate existing Flows that are producing errors, behaving unexpectedly, or no longer meeting your business needs and recommend or implement appropriate fixes.
What types of Salesforce automation can you build?
I work primarily with declarative Salesforce automation, including record-triggered and scheduled processes, decision logic, record creation and updates, formulas, supporting fields, validation, and related business-process automation. Message me with your use case if you’re unsure whether it fits.
Will you make changes directly in my production Salesforce org?
We can determine the safest implementation approach based on your environment and project. When appropriate, I prefer changes to be developed and tested before deployment to production.
What do you need from me to get started?
A description of your current process, what you want Salesforce to do, any existing automation involved, and examples of the desired outcome are a great start. For larger projects, we can discuss requirements together. All my packages include a standard 30 minute consultation call.
