Can monthly package orders be rolled over into the next month?
No, unless you tell me in advance. If you book hours from me and don't give me any updates then the hours cannot be used in the next month. If you communicate with me in advance though I am happy to roll them over.
How do I get started?
To get started, simply contact me through Fiverr messaging with a brief description of your needs. We can discuss your requirements in detail, and I will provide you with a customized plan and quote. Once everything is agreed upon, I can begin working on your tasks immediately.
Are you currently accepting orders?
Yes! I am currently accepting orders.
What are your working hours and availability?
I am flexible with my working hours and can adjust to different time zones as needed. Typically, I am available Monday through Friday, but I can also accommodate weekend work for urgent tasks or special projects.
Do you do ongoing orders or just one off orders?
Yes, I accept ongoing orders as well as one-time orders! It all depends on what the buyer requires and I try my best to accommodate. :)
How do you ensure confidentiality and data security?
I take confidentiality and data security very seriously. All information shared with me is kept strictly confidential. I use secure methods for data storage and communication. If required, I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to provide additional assurance of confidentiality.
