Plugins will be released under an adapted CC-4.0. You can use and adapt it for your own commercial games, you don't need to give credit but you can't sell the plugin as your own.
Compatible with XYZ Visustella Plugins?
I can't guarantee it, since they all obfuscate they plugins which make it impossible for a fix/change. I prefer not to deal with it.
