Is RAG the same as training a model on my business data?
RAG retrieves relevant material from your documents when a question is asked. It does not retrain the underlying model. This gig covers retrieval and integration; model fine-tuning and training require a different scope.
What happens when the agent gives an incorrect answer?
We agree on representative questions and expected behavior, then review an evaluation report. Answers can include sources, and missing evidence triggers a fallback. Human review remains necessary for important decisions; perfect accuracy is not promised.
Will the agent send emails or change records by itself?
Write actions use a human approval step in these packages. We define allowed actions and permissions before development. The system is tested with sandbox credentials before connecting the agreed live workflow.
Are the AI model and hosting subscriptions included?
You pay the model, hosting, storage and any automation-platform subscriptions in your own accounts. I can estimate expected usage during scoping. The package price covers the agreed implementation and handover.
