Do I need to already have a Squarespace account?
Yes, since Squarespace requires the site owner to hold the subscription and domain. I build inside your account so you keep full ownership and login access from day one.
My site is slow, can you actually fix that without a full redesign?
Often yes. Most slowness comes from uncompressed images, unnecessary code blocks, or too many third-party embeds. I audit first and tell you honestly whether it's a fix or needs a rebuild.
I switched templates and my custom code disappeared, can you recover it?
Custom code tied to a specific template or page section is usually lost on a switch. I can rebuild it cleaner and set it up so future template changes won't break it again.
Will my site actually show up on Google after this?
I handle on-page SEO: metadata, alt text, URL structure, and indexing settings. I can't guarantee rankings, since no one honestly can, but I'll fix what's currently blocking Google from finding you.
Can you connect my existing domain, or do I need a new one?
I can connect a domain you already own through your registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) or help you purchase one through Squarespace if you don't have one yet.
How many revisions do I get?
Revisions within the agreed scope are included until the site matches what we planned. Scope changes outside the original brief are quoted separately, so there are no surprises.
How long does a full redesign take?
A landing page usually takes 3-5 days. A full site or ecommerce redesign typically takes 7-14 days depending on page count and how much content you have ready.
