What I offer: Beta reading that's closer to what you'd get with a high-priced developmental edit. I'll find what isn't working, why it isn't working, and how you can improve your manuscript. I also know when not to comment. If something's working, I won't say it's not just to make it appear as if I've 'worked harder.' A good beta knows when to say nothing at all.
