1. Preparation of the following required documents: Application form, CIL form, planning statement, notice under article 13
2. Assessing if other documents are required (Heritage/Design and Access, flood risk, Surface water drainage, biodiversity net gain etc)
3. Conducting a pre-validation check on all aspects of the application to improve its chance of being valid, including thorough checking of all plans
4. Completing and submitting the application through the planning portal
5. Assisting with any invalid letters
6. Liaising with the planning officer throughout the process and assisting with changes and negotiating conditions if needed
7. Revisions of any of the above until the application is submitted
