This is why I offer a range of sizes and formats so I can tailor the design to your specific needs and ensure you receive a design that not only looks good but is designed for the intended purpose. This could be for print or online.

Do you offer Package Customisation?
If you think you need something more specific which isn't outlined in my gig packages, I can send you a tailored offer bespoke to your individual requirements?
I don't know what size banner I need?
If you send me a message before placing your order letting me know what you intend to use the banner for, I can suggest recommended sizes perfect for your needs.
Do I need to send you a logo?
It's not always necessary to supply a logo but if you have one perfect and I can include it within the design.
Do you use templates?
I never use templates as each clients needs are different so each banner is created for the purpose and goals of the client.
What File Formats will I receive?
You will receive the correct file format for your intended purpose. For Print it would be a PDF whilst Web Banners will be suppled as PNG however other files formats can be supplied on request.
Do you offer faster delivery?
Yes, I offer a minimum of 1 day for Basic and Standard Packages and 2 Days for Premium, just click the gig extra when placing your order.
