OUTPUT: Home owner names, addresses, city, state, zip, and APN (nationwide) + other necessary real estate data (and skip tracing if needed)
Example Lists: Language campaigns, High Equity, cash buyers, Absentees, Out of State Absentees, Multifamily 2-4 units, Owner Occupied lists, Old People, Tax Default, Liens, Auctions, Foreclosures, Vacants and Etc. (This varies per county)
