Do you need administrator access?
No. I'm testing as a regular user. I only need access if you want to test a private area (dashboard, customer area, etc.).
Do you test on mobile and desktop?
Yes. I test on: Smartphone (Android) Computer (Chrome + possibly other browsers upon request)
Do you test websites in any language?
Yes. Even if I don't speak certain languages, I can analyze the usability, user experience, navigation, and bugs.
Can you test mobile applications?
Yes. I test: Web applications Mobile applications (if APK/TestFlight/access sent)
Do you test payments?
Yes, if a test or demo mode is available. I do not process real payments unless specifically agreed upon.
Do you provide a video?
Yes, in the Premium package, I provide: Navigation video Audio or text commentary during use
Do you fix the issues found?
No. I don't fix them directly in this gig. However, I can offer this option as an add-on 📌 (Extra).
Can I request a follow-up test after the bugs are fixed?
Yes. You can order a post-fix review at a discounted rate (client bonus).
