What's the best way to assure names/words are pronounced correctly?
Please provide phonetic spellings of any names/words, or record them and send it with your order.
How do I send you the script?
Please copy and paste the script into your request. I will not open any linked files.
Can you provide an American accent?
Yes! I was born in the Tri-State area and am able to provide an American Accent. Accents also include: - New York/Tri-State - Southern - Boston/Rhode Island - Minnesotan I am also able to provide an Australian, Greek and Mediterranean accents.
Can you provide a recording in Spanish?
Yes. I can read and speak basic Spanish and still deliver your recording promptly.
Can you do Characters?
Yes. I can do various characters to fit your needs.
What is "Outbound Call Rights"?
Outbound Call Rights allow usage for outbound calls in sales, collections, etc.
What is a Revision?
A revision includes any minor changes to a script before the work is recorded and delivered. If any changes to the script are made AFTER the recording is delivered, then you will need to pay for a revision to re-record the work at the listed rate.
What is your Communication Policy?
A confirmation message will be sent after I receive and review your script. I will also let you know when I start working on your project. I keep an open line of communication for any questions on my end, or yours. When you project is completed, I will send confirmation of the final product.
When am I available?
I work a full time job and will typically start your project in the late evening. I am available to contact throughout the day (Eastern Standard Time), for any and all questions.
