I will do 3d puff embroidery digitizing for caps, hats and snapbacks in dst pes

About this gig
Get Crisp, Production-Ready 3D Puff Digitizing
Bad digitizing ruins a good logo. Stitches that bunch up, puff foam that collapses, or files your embroidery machine can't even read. I digitize clean, accurate 3D puff files built specifically for caps, hats and snapbacks.
What I Deliver
- 3D puff embroidery digitizing for raised foam effect
- Flat stitch combination for fine detail areas
- Accurate stitch density for cap-front curvature
- DST, PES, EXP, JEF and all major formats
- Test stitch-out file on request
Why This Matters
Cap digitizing isn't the same as flat garment digitizing. The curve of a cap front, the foam height, and stitch direction all need to be planned correctly or your embroidery machine will jam, pucker or distort the logo. I digitize specifically for cap and headwear production.
Who This Is For
- Headwear and cap brands
- Embroidery shops and digitizers needing overflow work
- Streetwear and merchandise brands
- Sports teams and clubs ordering custom caps

FAQ
What file do I need to send you for digitizing?
A clear PNG, JPG, AI or vector file works best. If your design only exists as a low quality image, I can still work with it but a vector or high resolution file gives the cleanest, most accurate digitizing result.
Does the fabric type matter for jacket back digitizing?
Yes, significantly. Bomber nylon, varsity wool-blend and corporate twill all behave differently under the needle. Tell me your fabric type and I will adjust stitch density and underlay settings to prevent puckering or distortion.
Which embroidery machine brands are your files compatible with?
I deliver DST (Tajima), PES (Brother), EXP (Melco), JEF (Janome) and other major formats. Just tell me your machine brand when ordering and I will include the correct file format for you.
Can you digitize large lettering and team names?
Yes, this is one of my most requested jacket back services. I digitize large block lettering, team names, numbers and crests, optimized so big letters stitch cleanly without thread breaks or machine jams.
How many colors can my jacket back design have?
I recommend 6-10 thread colors for clean, cost-effective production, though I can digitize more complex multi-color designs if needed. I will advise the best color count based on your design and fabric.
