I will build a sharepoint intranet for your team

Level 2
About this gig
Your team switches between five apps to find a document. New hires spend their first week asking where things are. Nobody uses the SharePoint site someone set up two years ago because it's a mess. I build intranets people actually open.
What that looks like: A start page with quick links to Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive. An onboarding section for new employees with everything they need on day one. A document library with folder structure and naming rules that make sense. Department sites that aren't ghost towns. The whole thing lives in Teams, no separate browser tab needed.
I've done this for companies between 15 and 200 employees. My approach is always the same: I talk to you first. What does your team need every day? What are they looking for and not finding? I build around that, not around what looks nice in a demo.
Includes a 30-minute consultation before I touch anything. If you want, I set up your document library with CI templates and marketing materials in organized folders.
Tell me your company size and what your team struggles with. I'll tell you what makes sense.

FAQ
Do you use custom code or out-of-the-box SharePoint?
Both. I start with standard SharePoint features because they're easier to maintain. Custom solutions (SPFx) only when needed.
Can my team manage the intranet after delivery?
Yes. I build it so non-technical people can update content. You get a walkthrough.
Does it work inside Microsoft Teams?
Yes. I embed the intranet as a Teams tab so your team doesn't need to open a browser.
What about permissions?
I set up permission groups so departments only see what they need. HR sees HR, Sales sees Sales.
Do you have examples?
Check my portfolio here or visit pagepilot.de. I have a full case study of a company intranet I built.
