Basic $25: Up to 50 final pages, text only, one revision.
Standard $50: Up to 100 final pages, a printed contents page, up to 5 supplied images, two revisions.
Premium $90: Up to 150 final pages, a printed contents page, up to 15 supplied images, two revisions.

Please provide your final, edited manuscript and any images you have permission to use. Page limits refer to the finished formatted interior.
Cover design, proofreading, Kindle conversion, source files, and account uploading are not included. Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed layout, rather than new content or a replacement manuscript.
Message me before ordering if your book contains complex tables, worksheets, or extensive illustrations.

What do you need to start?
Please provide your final, edited manuscript in Word format, your paperback trim size, printing preferences, and any images you want included. Also supply your book title, author name, and copyright text.
What will I receive?
You will receive a formatted paperback interior PDF prepared for your agreed Amazon KDP print settings. Cover design, editable source files, Kindle conversion, and uploading are not included.
How are pages counted?
Package limits refer to the final formatted interior, including front matter and blank pages. Your Word manuscript’s page count may change during formatting. Message me before ordering if you are unsure which package fits.
Can you format books with photographs or worksheets?
Standard and Premium include placement of up to 5 and 15 supplied images respectively. Please contact me before ordering for worksheets, complex tables, or heavily illustrated books so I can review the layout and provide an appropriate quote.
What does a revision include?
Revisions include adjustments to the agreed formatting, such as font sizes, spacing, headings, and image placement. New chapters, substantial text changes, a different trim size, or a replacement manuscript may require an additional fee.
Do you proofread or edit the manuscript?
This service covers interior formatting. Please submit a manuscript that has already been edited and proofread, as spelling, grammar, fact-checking, and rewriting are not included.
What if KDP flags a formatting issue?
Send me KDP’s error message or a screenshot. I will correct formatting errors in my delivered file relating to the agreed specifications at no extra charge. Changes to your manuscript or print settings may require a separate quote. Publication approval remains Amazon’s decision.
