Automation tools like Smart Disputes populate available fields and apply generalized template logic across cases at scale, but completing a counterclaim form is not the same as evidentiary alignment. A 10.4 fraud dispute and a 13.1 merchandise/services not received claim require the issuer to assess entirely different liability conditions. Applying the same unfiltered evidence package across both often dilutes the information that actually matters under the network/scheme rules while burying it beneath material the issuer has no obligation to consider.
