Cardholders, I will proactively handle claims & challenge merchant(s) with undeniable arguments prior Pre-Arbitration escalation to expedite refund & make every attempt to win the dispute in your favor. Rarely, even banks refuse to adjust fraudulent charges so I will file appeal & reopen closed claims & mediate with bank(s) by holding them accountable against applicable banking regulations to ensure regulatory compliance and to protect your consumer rights.

Merchants, I will handle chargebacks on behalf of your business, by responding to issuer initiated chargeback with evidence representation in pre-arbitration in accordance with compelling evidence standard guidelines(as described in Core Rules and product & service rules) of respective card scheme(s) to invalidate the chargeback based on specific reason code(s) and defend your merchant rights.If there's scope, I will effectively mediate with customer directly to resolve dispute(s) to prevent chargeback associated fees & escalation to arbitration. Additionally, I will coordinate to implement risk profiling and PoA as part of risk management to lower chargeback rate.
