Do you design, format for Kindle e-book too, or just print?
This gig covers print-ready interior formatting. Kindle e-book formatting is included at the Premium tier, or available as an add-on on Basic and Standard.
What file format do you need from me?
A Word document (.docx) with your manuscript. If you're fixing an existing file, send that too, along with any KDP error messages you received.
Will the file meet KDP's exact specs?
Yes. Margins, bleed, trim size, and gutter are set to KDP's current requirements for your chosen book size before delivery.
Do you design the book cover too?
