FAQ
Which CRMs and tools do you work with?
HubSpot, Google Sheets, Pipedrive, Zoho and most modern CRMs — connected natively or via Make (Integromat). If your tool has an API or webhooks, I can almost certainly integrate it. Message me your stack and I'll confirm before you order.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You invite me by ID/email: Google Ads (10-digit ID), GA4/GTM (user invite), CRM (user seat). You can revoke access anytime. I never ask for passwords, and all work follows LGPD/GDPR-aware practices.
What are offline conversions and why do they matter?
They're sales that close outside your site (calls, WhatsApp, CRM deals). Importing them into Google Ads lets Smart Bidding optimize for real revenue instead of form fills — usually the single biggest performance unlock for lead-gen accounts.
My tracking already “works”. Do I still need this?
Maybe — most accounts I audit have duplicate tags, missing values or events that fire wrong. Start with Basic: I audit and rebuild what's needed. If everything is truly correct, I'll tell you and we upgrade the setup (values, enhanced conversions, CRM) instead.
Does this work with my website platform?
Yes. The setup is GTM-based, so it works with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, custom sites and most landing page builders. For Shopify I also use the native Google channel where it's the better option.
Do you also manage Google Ads campaigns?
Yes — campaign audit, setup and monthly management are separate services on my profile. Many clients start with this tracking gig and then move to management once their data is clean. Ask me about it in chat.
What do you need from me to start?
Three things: (1) access invites (Google Ads ID, GA4/GTM, CRM), (2) a short description of your sales process (what counts as a lead vs a sale), (3) your website/landing page URL. The order requirements form collects all of it.
Will you document what you build?
Yes. Every delivery includes a PDF/Doc with what was installed, where, and how to verify it's firing — plus a screen recording when useful. You own the setup; nothing is locked to me.
