What file formats do you accept?
I primarily accept STL and OBJ files. Please contact me before ordering if your model is in another format so I can confirm whether it can be reviewed and processed.
Can you guarantee that the repaired model will print successfully?
I can repair common mesh problems and prepare the digital file based on the information you provide. Actual print results also depend on printer calibration, material, slicer settings, orientation, supports, and hardware condition. Physical test printing is not included.
Will the alignment pins fit after printing?
Pin clearance will be based on your supplied printer type, material, scale, and preferred tolerance. Because printers and materials behave differently, physical fit cannot be guaranteed without test printing. Adjustments within the originally agreed scope may be handled as a revision.
