How do I send you the files?
This can be done through WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive. I can also send a Dropbox file request, which is a link you will receive that will help you upload the files.
Can you repair video files.
Yes. Depending on the file, and how the file was damaged. I will charge basic fee to examine the file before I commit to repairing it.
Will you convert files with DRM (Digital Rights Management)?
Nope.
Can you join spanned files? (long form video)
Yes. If you have camcorder files that are long and you need them joined, I will do that for you.
Can you do minor edits to the file?
Sure. But I need to send you an offer for some edit work, which is apart from this gig.
Can you resize a file?
Yes. The encoding process includes resizing the file. Many people ask to convert 4k footage into HD (1080) size. I will compress files as well (making them smaller).
Why do I need to transcode files?
You might have a 5 minute video you want to share via email, whatsapp, or other mobile app. But your video is too large. There are ways to encode the files in order to make them smaller, without much loss in quality (if any). Just an example.
