Hi, I'm Li Fan, a furniture sourcing specialist based in Huizhou, Guangdong, in the heart of China's Pearl River Delta furniture manufacturing belt.
I have spent 12+ years working on the factory side of the outdoor furniture,I have negotiated with Chinese factories, run development and sampling cycles, chased production schedules, resolved quality problems before they shipped, and closed the loop from first sample to payment collection.
One thing sets me apart from most sourcing agents: I don't hand you a trading company and call it a factory. I have stood on the production floors of the mills I work with. Are the suppliers you find real factories, or trading companies?
Real manufacturers, which is the entire point of this gig. I check business registration, production capacity, equipment and product range, and I tell you plainly what I find. Where the project justifies it, I visit the factory on site. I will never present a trading company to you as a factory.
Can you source custom or bespoke furniture?
Yes — custom designs, private label, OEM packaging and boutique hospitality pieces are a large part of my work. Custom items usually carry higher MOQ and longer lead time, and I will state both clearly in the quotation before you decide.
