About this Gig
As an author with a publication contract for a traditionally published novel, I understand the importance of having a beta reader you can trust, and I want to be that beta reader for you.
All packages will include in-text comments and a reader report of approximately 1-2 pages.
When I read, I examine your manuscript for several key components, including:
- Writing mechanics (grammar, punctuation, formatting, etc.)
- Tone and voicing
- Plot and pacing
- Character development
- Worldbuilding
- Strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement
- And more!
If you have specific requests or questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. I strive to give thoughtful, manageable critiques, and I'm happy to work together to ensure that my services will help where you want it most!
Please note: I prefer to use Word or Google Docs, and I am adamantly against the use of AI when providing feedback.

I made significant edits while you were reviewing my work. Now what?
While I recommend waiting on feedback before beginning any edits, I understand the eagerness to continue sculpting your work. If this happens, please send me a message so that we can discuss and update your order if necessary.
What if I want something not listed in your description?
