Agents and Publishers tend to read, at the very least, the first chapter of a newly submitted manuscript. This service is to assess the qualities of your initial pages, and will explore questions such as:

• Does your opening have a great hook?
• Is your main character clear and central?
• Can we feel how the plot might develop?
• Do we understand in which genre we are reading?

Through delivering a reader's report, I will give your opening pages an honest review. I will ensure that your plot is constantly driving your story forward, and that your characters are consistently performing.
