I know what it feels like to be alone.

Growing up, I've had to overcome trauma. I had to learn that by myself.

I know what it's like to not know who to run to, to drown in your own thoughts and question your self worth but I want you to know that whatever may be happening in your life right now, at whatever low point you may be, you are as valuable as you are when you're at your highest point. I'm here to listen to you and help you arrange those thoughts, make you feel calm and safe, and find the meaning of your life. I will never want anyone to go through the most unbearable feelings alone.

Sometimes our thoughts become so crowded and we get lost, we're unsure if we would ever find our way back again. Has it always been like this? Will you always be this way? You forget yourself, your achievements, what made you laugh, and what made you love life as it is. Trust me on this, you'll learn to be happy again, just hold on for a little while longer. You will always have people who care about you, love you, and you just need a bit of reminding, a bit of reassurance. I'm here to show you the bright side of things again. We'll make it through.
