I'm a UX designer with a background in Psychology, working with early-stage SaaS teams to define the structure and processes a product needs from day one, so it can scale without being torn apart and rebuilt later.

Yes — share your component library, brand guidelines, or existing UI and I'll design within them. If you don't have a design system, I'll build consistent, reusable components at an additional charge.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — happy to sign before we start. Just mention it when you get in touch.
What counts as a revision?
Revisions cover changes within the original brief — adjusting layout, spacing, colours, typography, or refining how something communicates. What's not included: adding new screens, changing the direction of the design after approval, or requests that go beyond the agreed scope.
Can I add more screens later?
Yes — additional screens can be added at any time through extras or a custom offer.
Do you design for accessibility or compliance requirements?
I design with accessibility best practices in mind (contrast, hierarchy, clear states). For formal compliance audits or certification, I'd flag that's beyond my scope, but I'm happy to design to guidelines you provide.
Are user flows, UX research, or personas included?
User flows and wireframes are included from Standard upward. Documented user personas and competitive analysis come with Premium. Research-led thinking shapes how I work at every tier — the formal artifacts you can share with your team only come with Premium.
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a tool in my work — including prototyping, where I use Claude to build functional prototypes that feel closer to a real product than a clickable mockup, so you can properly test the flow. These are for testing and demos, not production-ready development.
