I will fix, optimize, debug n8n workflows, n8n ai agents, n8n API, n8n webhook issues

About this gig
Your n8n workflow breaks, throws errors, or just silently stops running, and now leads aren't syncing, messages aren't sending, or your AI agent has gone quiet.
I fix it fast and tell you exactly what caused it, so it doesn't happen again next week.
I debug and repair n8n workflows, AI agents, API integrations, and webhook failures. This covers workflows that broke after a node update, APIs returning errors or rate limits, webhooks that stopped firing, AI agents giving broken or inconsistent responses, and workflows that technically run but produce wrong or incomplete results.
What's included:
- Root cause diagnosis, not just a patch
- Fix implementation with proper error handling added
- API and webhook troubleshooting
- AI agent debugging (prompt logic, node config, $fromAI issues)
- Workflow optimization for reliability going forward
- Full testing before handoff, including edge cases
-
Send me your workflow, error message, or a screenshot before ordering. I'll tell you what's broken and what it takes to fix it.

FAQ
How fast can you fix my workflow?
Depends on the issue, but most single-workflow bugs (broken node, failing API call, webhook not firing) get diagnosed within hours of you sending me the details. Send your error message or a screenshot before ordering and I'll give you a real timeline, not a guess.
Do I need to explain what's wrong, or can you figure it out yourself?
Send whatever you have, error logs, screenshots, or just "it stopped working after I updated a node." I can diagnose from a broken workflow alone, but the more context you give me, the faster I find the actual cause instead of guessing.
Will you just patch the error, or actually fix why it's happening?
I fix the root cause. A patch that makes an error message disappear without fixing what's causing it just means the workflow breaks again in two weeks. If your workflow has a structural issue, I'll tell you, not hide it behind a quick fix.
What if the problem is bigger than a quick fix, like the workflow needs to be rebuilt?
I'll tell you upfront if that's the case rather than billing you for repeated patches. Sometimes a workflow accumulates enough broken logic that a rebuild is genuinely cheaper than continuing to debug it. I'd rather tell you that early than waste your money.
Can you fix AI agent issues, not just standard workflow errors?
Yes. That includes agents giving inconsistent or broken responses, $fromAI misconfigurations, and prompt logic that's producing the wrong output even when the workflow technically runs without errors.
Do you test the fix before handing it back?
Yes, including edge cases, not just the one scenario that was failing. A fix that only works for the exact error you reported and breaks on the next input isn't actually fixed.
What do you need from me to get started?
The workflow itself (export or share access), the error message or behavior you're seeing, and what the workflow is supposed to do when it's working correctly. Message me with this before ordering so I can scope it accurately.
What if I'm not sure it's an n8n problem versus an API or third-party service problem?
That's exactly what the diagnosis is for. A lot of "n8n is broken" issues are actually the API on the other end failing, rate limiting, or changing its response format. I'll identify which side the problem is actually on before proposing a fix.
