About this gig
A great story deserves a cover that stops the scroll. The cover is the single most important marketing tool for your book. Its the first thing a child sees and the first thing a parent judges. Im Clara Barbeito, a professional illustrator and designer with over 10 years of experience creating award-winning covers for Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and traditional publishers.
I specialize in creating "the full package" hand drawn illustrations combined with professional typography and layouts that capture the heart, humor, and magic of your story.
My process is 100% Hand-Drawn Custom Illustration: No AI, no stock imagery. Your cover will be completely unique and hand-rendered in Procreate or Photoshop.
️ The Design Process:
- Discovery: We discuss your story, target audience, and any "must-have" visual elements.
- Concept Sketches: I provide rough sketches of the cover layout and character placement for your approval.
- Color & Rendering: Once the sketch is approved, I bring the world to life with vibrant colors and professional lighting.
- Final Polish & Formatting: I add the final typography and prepare the print-ready PDF and high-res JPEG/PNG.
Let's bring your vision to life!
