I will automate local files and admin tasks with python

About this gig
Replace a repetitive local file task with a Python script you can run and inspect. Examples include organising files, processing CSV or Excel exports, validating records and producing a repeatable report.
Basic: 1 input format and 1 processing step.
Standard: up to 2 input formats and 3 steps.
Premium: up to 3 input formats and 5 steps.
Each order covers one agreed workflow on a Windows PC. A step is one agreed operation, such as renaming, validating or summarising. Included: Python source, dependency list, sample input/output, test cases, run guide, output log and one revision within scope. Original files are preserved.
Supply non-sensitive sample files and exact rules. Standard limits: 100 files, 10,000 total rows and 100 MB per run. Please message first for larger data, another operating system, local AI, APIs or unusual formats.
No web scraping, account access, emails, payments, cloud deployment, unattended agent or ongoing monitoring is included. Python must be available on your computer; remote installation is excluded.
I use AI-assisted coding tools, then test the script against the agreed examples.

FAQ
What can the script do?
One agreed local workflow: for example, organise files, validate records, combine exports or create a report. Package steps are agreed operations, not an unlimited list of features. Send sample input and expected output before ordering if the scope is unclear.
What must be installed on my computer?
You need a Windows PC with a compatible Python environment. I provide the dependency list and run guide. Remote access or installation is excluded. Please message first if you use another operating system or cannot run Python.
Can you add local AI, APIs or automatic emails?
These require a separate compatibility and cost review. This Gig covers local file processing without external account access or actions. Local AI hardware/model setup, paid APIs, emails, payments and unattended agents are not included in these packages.
How are my original files and revisions handled?
The script writes to a separate output location and includes a log. I test agreed sample cases and flag failures. One revision covers fixes within the original rules and examples; additional formats, features or workflows require a separate scope.
