Included:
- Remove duplicates using an agreed rule.
- Trim extra spaces and standardise agreed formats.
- Correct clear formatting errors and flag ambiguous or missing values.
- Merge compatible files in the Standard and Premium packages.
- Return an Excel workbook, a CSV export and a change report. Your original files stay unchanged.
Basic: 100 total rows, 10 columns, 1 file.
Standard: 200 total rows, 10 columns, up to 2 files.
Premium: 300 total rows, 10 columns, up to 3 files.
Each package includes one revision within the original scope. Send the files and cleanup rules when ordering. Please message first for PDFs, complex formulas, macros or larger datasets. This service does not include finding new contacts or verifying whether email addresses receive mail.
