What do I need to provide before you start?
Just your VPS login credentials (SSH access) or Mac Mini remote access, and your API keys (Claude, OpenAI, or OpenRouter). If you do not have a VPS yet, message me first and I will tell you exactly which one to get and how to set it up before ordering.
My OpenClaw keeps crashing after setup. Can you fix someone else's broken work?
Yes, that is actually one of the most common requests. Send me your error logs or describe what is happening and I will tell you exactly what is wrong before you order. Most crashes come from bad Docker configs, exposed gateways, or wrong Node.js versions. I fix all of these.
What is the difference between OpenClaw and Hermes Agent? Which one should I use?
OpenClaw is the original framework most people start with. Hermes Agent is the newer, more stable fork with better multi-agent routing and persistent memory. If starting fresh I recommend Hermes Agent. I can migrate OpenClaw to Hermes with full memory and zero data loss.
Will my agent keep running after delivery?
Yes. Every setup includes Docker with systemd auto-restart so your OpenClaw or Hermes Agent comes back online automatically after a server reboot or crash. The Premium package includes 7 days of post-delivery support so I can fix anything that breaks after your handover.
Can you connect my agent to WhatsApp?
Yes, using WhatsApp Business API via Evolution API or Baileys deployed on your VPS. I configure the connection with anti-ban settings to keep your number safe. WhatsApp automation is included in Standard and Premium. Telegram and Discord are covered in the Basic package.
Do I need technical knowledge to manage the system after delivery?
Not for daily use. Every delivery includes clean documentation covering basic tasks like restarting your agent or adding an Obsidian memory note. For advanced changes like adding new MCP server integrations, basic Linux knowledge helps or you can return for a small add-on.
Can you set this up on Windows or only Linux VPS?
I work on Linux VPS (Hostinger, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Contabo), Mac Mini, and Windows via WSL2. Linux VPS is the most stable and recommended option for running OpenClaw or Hermes Agent 24/7. Message me with your current OS and I will confirm the best deployment approach.
