What type of UGC content do you record?
I create high-quality UGC style videos in vertical (tiktok/instagram reels/youtube shorts) or horizontal format for fitness, pet, household, outdoor recreation, tech, and gaming
What is the typical delivery timeline?
Depending on the length and complexity of the video, typical timelines are 3-7 days. But more complex projects may require more time.
What is your revision policy?
Two revisions are included that cover any mistakes or small adjustments to the script based on the original brief. Larger rewrites, changes in direction, wardrobe, product, location, or style after recording are not considered revisions and are charged at normal rates.
What does the usage cover?
3-month usage is included with all orders and additional 3-month durations can be purchased. These usage rights cover any web usage, including paid ad placement. TV broadcast usage is not included, but can be negotiated separately.
What content do you not record?
I do not record political, religious, or NSFW content. Additionally, I do not record fake testimonials/reviews. If testimonials/reviews are wanted, it will be my honest opinion.
Do you offer product returns?
Yes! Product returns are available for an additional fee to the time and effort required for packing and shipping. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
