FAQ
How do revisions work?
Revisions needed for mistakes, mispronounced words, or editing errors are free of charge. Two free revisions included with your purchase that cover up to 10% of the total word count of your script for rewrites. Revisions greater than 10% of total script are charged at regular rates.
When should I include Broadcast Rights in the purchase?
You should select the Broadcast Rights options when the audio provided will be used in paid marketing channels like TV, radio, or paid social network ads. See: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership
How do your Broadcast Rights options work?
Broadcast Rights are set up with options for Local, Regional, and National/Worldwide markets. Each option is for 3-months usage duration. If you need 6- or 12-months, you can add the extra multiple times.
Can we do a live directed session?
Absolutely! You can purchase the live direction option in the Extras section on my gig. Once the order is placed, we can coordinate a session via Fiverr's built in Zoom functionality, SourceConnect, Phone Patch, or Skype/Teams/Zoom.
Do you do full production?
I provide voice over and basic music mixing, but do not do full production audio mixing of sound effects, foley, etc.
Can I email you/whatsapp you/etc etc?
Once an order has been placed, Fiverr does allow Pro sellers/buyers to communicate via outside channels.
What is "Timed Audio Sync"?
If you have already created your content and need the voiceover to match time stamps for segments of the video, then Timed Audio Sync is needed as an extra. Timed Audio Sync is NOT dubbing over live action/matching mouth movement.
Do you do dubbing?
In general, no. Particularly for live-action video where actor lip movement must be accurately matched. Dubbing, especially from other languages, requires professional localization to English as 1:1 translations rarely match on timing. Dubbing over animated sequences are case-by-case, just inquire
Is there anything you will not record?
I do NOT record erotic/NSFW, religious, hate speech, or racist content of any kind. If you are unsure about your content, send me a script before placing an order and I will let you know.
Can I work with you off of Fiverr?
If you found me on Fiverr, then no. Going off platform is against Fiverr Terms of Service and would result in both of us being banned.
