Do you need my root password?
No. SSH key access is preferred. If you only have password access I'll ask you to change it after the job is done.
What if you can't fix it?
If I can't resolve it I'll refund you and send you the diagnostic notes so the next person starts ahead. I'd rather do that than waste your time.
Will you take my site offline?
Not without telling you first. Some fixes need a restart. I'll confirm timing with you before anything goes down.
Do you work weekends and evenings?
Yes. I'm UK-based so I'm usually available across European and US business hours.
Can you do ongoing maintenance?
