Do I need to message you before ordering?
Yes, please message me before ordering. I will confirm that your product, timeline, creative requirements and selected package are suitable for the project.
Do I need to send you the product?
Yes, physical products must be delivered before filming can begin. Please contact me before ordering so I can confirm the shipping address, product suitability and expected production timeline.
Can you write the script?
Yes. Scriptwriting is included in the Standard and Premium packages and can be added to the Basic package as an extra. Please provide your key messages, product benefits, target audience and preferred CTA.
Can you follow my own script?
Yes. I can work from a client-provided script, provided it sounds natural in Spanish and complies with Fiverr’s policies. I may suggest small wording adjustments to improve the delivery and make the message sound more fluent.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers reasonable editing changes, such as captions, text, clip selection or minor timing adjustments. Script changes, new scenes, a new concept or reshooting after the original brief was approved are not included and will NOT be accepted.
Are reshoots included?
Reshoots are included only when I have made an error or missed an approved requirement. Changes to the script, concept, outfit, background or creative direction requested after filming require an additional fee.
Is raw footage included?
Raw footage is available at an additional cost and is not included in the listed packages. Please contact me for an exact quote based on your selected package and the volume of footage required.
When does the delivery time begin?
The production timeline begins after I have received the product, the order requirements are complete and the script or creative direction has been approved.
What usage rights are included?
Three months of paid media usage rights are included with each package. Extended usage, whitelisting, exclusivity and perpetual rights require an additional fee. Please contact me for an exact quote based on the platform, campaign length and usage requirements.
