FAQ
Do I need my own Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts?
Yes. You should provide access to your own Apple Developer/App Store Connect and Google Play Console accounts when required. Developer account registration fees charged by Apple or Google are not included in my Gig price
Can you guarantee that Apple or Google will approve my app?
No. Final approval is entirely controlled by Apple and Google. I will prepare and submit your app according to their publishing requirements, but no developer can guarantee approval. If the store provides a technical rejection that falls within the agreed scope, I can help address it.
Does this Gig include converting my Base44 web app into a Capacitor mobile app?
This Gig is primarily for publishing and deployment. Your Base44 app should already be mobile-ready or converted to Capacitor. If conversion is still required, please contact me before ordering so I can confirm the additional work needed.
What if my Capacitor app has build errors or does not open correctly?
I can troubleshoot reasonable Capacitor, Xcode, Android Studio, signing, white-screen, crash or configuration issues depending on your package. Major application-development problems or extensive code rewrites may require a custom offer.
What information and access will you need from me?
Depending on the platform, I may need your Base44/Capacitor project files, Apple App Store Connect access, Google Play Console access, app name, icon, screenshots, privacy-policy URL, package/bundle information and other store-listing details. I will tell you exactly what is required after reviewing
Do you provide the app icon, screenshots, privacy policy and store description?
Basic publishing uses the assets and information supplied by you. I can assist with configuration and advise you on missing requirements, but custom graphic design, legal privacy-policy drafting or extensive store-copy creation may require additional work unless included in your package.
Are Apple and Google developer account fees included in the order?
No. Any Apple Developer Program fee, Google Play Console registration fee, third-party subscription, API charge or other external platform fee must be paid directly by the buyer.
What happens if my app is rejected after submission?
Please send me the complete rejection message from Apple or Google. If the rejection relates to the publishing setup or technical work completed under the order, I can troubleshoot and resubmit within the package scope. Rejections caused by prohibited content, missing legal documents, business verif
How long will it take for my app to become live after you submit it?
My delivery time covers the work required to prepare and submit the app. Apple and Google conduct their own independent reviews, so the time they take to approve or reject an application is outside my control and should not be considered part of my delivery time.
Should I message you before placing an order?
Yes, especially if your app has never been built with Capacitor, currently has errors, was previously rejected, uses payments or subscriptions, requires native device features, or needs both iOS and Android publishing. Send me your current app status first so I can confirm the correct package and pr
