What are your certifications?
I'm a fitness instructor and personal trainer recognized by the italian CONI association and Europe. I'm specialized in personal training, body definition, weight loss, bodybuilding, resistance and overload training. I'm also a musical fitness instructor
Can you explain exercises to me even if I'm not premium?
For sure! To me it's very important that my clients knows exactly what to do with their workouts to avoid injuries and help the improve!
Why would I buy an online PT session?
Sometimes we think to know a lot of "simple" exercises and it's not like that so we can fail and experience injuries. To me it's very important to stay healthy and safe so it's probably the main motive why I am a personal trainer and also this can help you reach your goals faster!
Can you make diet plans?
Unfortunately I'm not a nutritionist so I can't make diets. I can give you some advice based on your food and everyday habits to improve your lifestyle and live better but for diets it's very important the intervention of a nutritionist
How long have you been working in fitness environment?
I started working when I was only 16 but I've been studying fitness since I was 14. Fitness is what helped me improve my life and this is why I want to help others with it
