I work async-first — I'll send you regular updates via Fiverr messages, shared documents, or your preferred tool (Slack, Notion, Jira). For longer engagements, I include a weekly sync call. You'll always know where things stand.
Do I need to have a team already in place?
Not necessarily. I can work with your existing team, guide a small founding team, or help you define what roles you need before hiring. I adapt to your stage — whether you're pre-team or already running sprints.
What information do you need to get started?
A brief description of your product or project, your current challenges, and any existing documentation (roadmap, backlog, briefs). If you have nothing yet — that's fine too. I'll help you build from scratch.
