What information do you need to get started?
A brief description of the process you want documented, who's involved, and the tools used. A voice note, rough notes, or a messy Word doc works perfectly — I'll structure it for you. The less polished, the better: that's exactly where I add value.
What format will I receive the documents in?
All documents are delivered in PDF plus an editable version (Google Docs by default). For Premium packages, I also deliver Notion or SharePoint-ready formats. Just let me know your preferred tool when you order.
Can you document processes you're not familiar with?
Yes — that's part of the job. I ask the right questions to extract knowledge from your team and turn it into a structured document. I've documented processes across telecom, sales, operations, customer service, and IT. If it can be described, it can be documented.
Do you include flowcharts or just written steps?
Standard and Premium packages include visual process flowcharts alongside the written SOPs. Visuals make processes easier to follow at a glance — especially for onboarding. Basic package includes written steps only, but you can add a flowchart as an extra.
What if my process is complex or has many exceptions?
Complex processes are my speciality. I document decision points, exceptions, and escalation paths so nothing gets lost. If the scope is larger than the package covers, I'll let you know before starting and suggest the right option.
