I'm Claudia. I ran my own restaurant in Amsterdam, Plant Based Sushi, for nearly five years, and most nights the admin started after midnight. That's the work my brother Anton and I now take off owners' plates, with AI agents built for how your business actually runs.
Who we work with now: a photographer and podcast host in Amsterdam whose agent saves her about 8 hours a week, an ESG consultancy on a monthly retainer, and an online sneaker shop getting a customer-service chatbot.

I'm Claudia, co-founder of Claudia Solutions with my brother Anton. I started Plant Based Sushi in Amsterdam while still at university and ran it for nearly five years, admin after midnight included, then sold it in 2024. Now we build AI agents that take that kind of work off owners' plates, working where you already work, on email, WhatsApp and the calendar. Can it use my own data and FAQs?
Yes. I connect your docs, FAQs or knowledge base so answers stay accurate and on-brand, and I set rules for what it does when it doesn't know something.
What happens when the agent can't handle something?
It hands off to a human. Every build includes an escalation path - keyword triggers, working hours rules, or confidence thresholds. A bot that guesses is a liability, not a feature.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. The accounts are in your name, you pay the AI and messaging costs directly, and you get the code and documentation. Part of my job is making sure you're not dependent on me afterwards.
Can it work on WhatsApp?
Yes. We've built agents that clients use every day through WhatsApp, and we'll pick the right way to connect yours based on your number and how your team works.
What does it cost to run?
Model and messaging costs are yours and depend on volume - usually tens of euros a month for a small business. I'll give you an honest estimate during the audit.
Can you train my team instead of just delivering a bot?
Yes, that's the part I like most. Add the training extra, or message me about a full enablement engagement.
Do you work with clients outside Europe?
Yes, everything is remote. Our clients so far include businesses in the Netherlands and Australia, and I'm based in Croatia.
