What do you need from me to start?
1. A plan - Either a very detailed ad brief, or a general idea of what you want to communicate with each ad. | 2. Logo and brand colors | 3. Your products or other photos of the business. | 4. References - Some visuals you like to help me narrow the style you want to achieve.
What software will you use for this Gig?
I work with the Adobe Creative Suite and I can make your ads in any of the 3 main design programs: Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator.
Do you have any licensed images to use in my ads?
Yes, for all my customers I use an Envato Elements subscription that is payed by me yearly. This subscription allows me to license the final artwork to my customers. The only limitation is that I cannot provide you with the original image, only the final artwork where the image is integrated.
Do you support other languages other than English and Portuguese?
Yes, I don't need to know the language to build the posts. As long as you provide me with the hierarchy for the text on the image, I can design it with text in any language.
When should I expect my delivery?
I dedicate a lot of time to each of my clients and each order will receive my full attention, therefore the delivery time might be shorter when I have few orders in queue and you might receive your order faster, or I might need the full deadline to send the delivery. But it will get to you on time.
Do you make videos?
No, I only work with still images. I believe that I need to be the best at what I am doing, and at the moment all my focus is on making high-quality and modern images. Videos are a completely different game.
Do you offer Unlimited revisions?
Yes, I offer unlimited revisions, I believe my clients should not have to accept something they are not 100% happy with. Unlimited revisions only lasts for the time duration of the initial order. So if the delivery time was 10 days, you can request Unlimited revisions for 10 days.
Do you offer refunds?
I aim to only deliver the best work, so I will always send you a draft before an actual delivery. This way you can access if the work matches what you had in mind. At this stage I can offer a refund. If you like the work and the delivery is made, no refunds will be issued.
Do you offer Unlimited revisions?
