Gig Summary
About this gig
When you need it to sound like it came right out of the 1940's and 50's, choose a guy who's been working at the highest levels of the industry and recreating that authentic vintage announcer sound.
- I've spent over a decade crafting high-level VO, full time for many Fortune 500 companies and top TV Networks. I can bring your script to life with that authentic "big voiced announcer" vintage sound, for podcasts, explainer videos and more.
Ordering is easy!
- Type the exact word count of your script into the "Number of Words" box when you order.
- You can check your word count here: https://wordcounter.net/
- If your order is for a product or service and/or will be posted on your social pages or website, add Commercial Rights.
- If you want to use the VO for a paid ad on web, radio or TV, you must select Broadcast Rights.
- Listing says 3 day turnaround but I usually delivery in 1 or 2 days except when order is placed on Friday. For guaranteed next-business-day delivery, add "extra fast delivery"
For best results, order Audio Sweetening, and I'll add my "secret sauce" EQ & sfx to give it that thin, crackly old time "film" sound, just like it sounded back in the day. (dry file also provided)

As a full-time voiceover professional and producer for over a decade, I’ve helped companies, organizations, and individuals tell their stories with a voice that is warm, authentic, engaging, and memorable. From commercials and corporate videos to social media content, documentaries, and personal tribute projects, I bring professional narration, creative direction, and polished production to every project.
My goal is simple: create content that sounds great, looks professional, and feels genuine.
FAQ
Can I get a revision or modification?
Yes, I will revise for any reason if you buy a revision credit up-front. If I make a goof, I will fix it for free, however any requests to adjust tone, inflection, tempo or script changes are not considered mistakes and will be charged the normal rate if you didn't buy a revision credit.
Can you make the VO sound like it's coming out of an old TV or radio?
Yes. Choose "Audio Sweetening" when you order and I'll add my secret sauce to the file, which includes EQ and authentic film noise for a sound just like the old radio broadcasts and news reels.
Can I get it faster than 3 Days?
Yes, choose "Extra Fast Delivery" for next business day turnaround. (Note, orders made Friday, Saturday, Sunday are delivered on Monday)
My script has some "Not Safe For Work" stuff in it. Is that ok?
Depends. There are some things I'm not comfortable saying, but if there's something over the line, I'll message you and we can work together on an alternative way of saying it.

Excellent experience. Joel delivered very quickly. The first take was awesome, but needed a couple of revisions. The next iteration was exceptional, and was delivered about 10 minutes after I asked for revisions! I'll definitely be hiring Joel for more work in the future! :)
