I clean messy office files so they are easier to read, organize, send, print, or use.
I work with Word documents, PDF conversions, Excel sheets, CSV exports, trackers, lists, and basic admin records.
I can help with:
Word formatting
PDF-to-Word cleanup
spacing, margins, fonts, bullets, headings, and page breaks
Excel or CSV row/column cleanup
messy headers, blank rows, alignment, and simple formatting
duplicate removal when included in the package
Packages:
Basic: up to 100 items in 1 small file. Formatting only. No deduplication.
Standard: up to 200 items in 1 medium file. Includes formatting and deduplication.
Premium: up to 300 items across up to 3 files or 1 larger messy file. Includes formatting and deduplication.
This is fixed-scope file cleanup only. I do not provide rewriting, research, bookkeeping, tax/legal/financial advice, advanced formulas, dashboards, macros, automation, data analysis, calls, or open-ended admin work.
If your file is very large, damaged, scanned/image-only, or outside the package limits, please message me before ordering.
FAQ
Do you rewrite documents?
No. This gig is for cleanup, formatting, organization, and readability. Rewriting is not included.
Do you clean PDF files?
Yes, if the file can be converted or worked with. Image-only or badly scanned PDFs may require review first.
Does Basic include duplicate removal?
No. Basic includes formatting and cleanup only. Duplicate removal is included in Standard and Premium.
Do you clean Excel or CSV files?
Yes. I can clean rows, columns, headers, spacing, alignment, simple formatting, and duplicate rows when included in the package.
Do you do advanced Excel work?
No. This gig is for basic cleanup only. Advanced formulas, dashboards, macros, automation, and analysis are not included.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a correction within the original order instructions. New requests, extra files, extra items, changed preferences, rewriting, research, formulas, or dashboard work are not included as free revisions.
Do you offer calls or meetings?
No. This is a file-in, cleaned-file-out service.
