I will do inventory analysis and abc classification in excel
About this Gig
You sort your stock by gut feel, and the expensive parts sit next to the cheap ones getting the same attention.
WHAT YOU GET
- Every SKU ranked by revenue contribution, with a cumulative share column
- Class A, B and C assigned by cutoffs calculated from your own numbers, not a fixed 80/20 rule
- A one-page summary of how much revenue each class carries and how many SKUs sit in each
- A README explaining which cell drives which formula
HIGHER TIERS
Standard adds a dead stock list: every SKU with no sales in 180 days, and the cash tied up in each one.
Premium adds reorder points and order quantities per class. Class A gets tight review and a high service level, Class C gets bulk ordering. Every formula recalculates when you paste new data, and a Validation tab prints PASS or names the row that disagrees.
WHY ME
I build Excel files that do the work for you. No pivot refresh, no manual sorting. If a formula breaks, you will know which row before you send it to your boss.
Send me your SKU list and I will tell you what class structure your data can actually support. The Excel template behind it is yours to keep and reuse. Also covers stock analysis. inventory analysis.

FAQ
What format do you need from me?
Any Excel or CSV export with a SKU column and a revenue or quantity column. Monthly history helps but is not required.
Do you use a fixed 80/20 rule?
No. I calculate the cutoffs from your own data, so if your stock splits 70/20/10 or 85/12/3, that is what you get.
