Most small businesses repeat the same writing tasks every week: answering quote requests, onboarding a new client, catching up on email. Claude can handle these well, but only after someone sets it up properly. That's the part I do.
How it works:
- After you order, you fill in a short written questionnaire about the task, your prices, your rules and your tone.
- I build a Claude skill around it and test it on realistic examples from your business.
- You get the skill file, a rules file you can edit yourself, and a plain-English guide to install and use it.
Everything happens in writing. You won't need to join a call or write any code.
The skills never send emails or make payments on their own. They prepare drafts, and you decide what goes out.
You'll need a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher). The Premium package also uses the Claude desktop app for scheduled tasks.

Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. If you can upload a file and paste text into Claude, you can install it. The guide walks you through every step.
Which Claude plan do I need?
A paid plan (Pro or higher) so you can add custom skills. The Premium package also needs the Claude desktop app.
Can I change the skill later?
Yes. Prices, rules and tone live in a plain text file you can edit anytime. Bigger changes are covered by the revisions in your package.
What happens to my business information?
I only see what you put in the questionnaire. You can replace names and sensitive details with placeholders and the skill works the same.
Which tasks work best?
Written tasks you repeat often and that follow clear rules: quotes, client onboarding, email summaries, follow-ups, standard replies, simple reports.
